Services are primarily delivered from India. If you access us from abroad, data may be processed in India and on servers used by our processors elsewhere.
By booking, you acknowledge this transfer is necessary to receive the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Retention
Booking and payment records are typically retained up to 8 years for accounting and tax compliance. Session-related records are retained in line with professional standards and continuity of care. Enquiry data from non-clients may be deleted or anonymised after approximately 12 months.
When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it using reasonable measures. Erasure may be limited where law or professional duty requires retention.
Your rights (Data Principal)
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or erasure; withdraw consent for consent-based processing; and nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, as permitted under the DPDP Act.
Submit requests to hello@tattvam.pro. We may verify your identity. Erasure may be declined where retention is required for care, legal compliance, or disputes—we will explain why.
If unsatisfied with our response, you may have remedies under applicable law, including approaching the Data Protection Board of India when fully operational and applicable to us.
Minors
Self-service booking is for individuals aged 18 and above. Services for minors require verifiable consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who assumes booking and payment responsibility.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 without appropriate guardian involvement.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards including HTTPS, access controls, and processor due diligence appropriate to the data we hold.
No system is fully secure. Protect meeting links, use private networks where possible, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after updates constitutes notice of the revised policy.
