Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://tattvam.pro and your booking of services with Tattvam Thought Studio.
By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, or completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Legal Disclaimer.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or book a session.
Nature of services
Tattvam Thought Studio provides counselling psychology, life coaching, and clinical hypnotherapy for personal development, emotional wellbeing, and behavioural change. Services are delivered online (video or voice) and, when available, in-studio at Indore.
Our practitioners hold relevant training and certifications in their respective modalities. Unless explicitly stated, services do not constitute medical treatment, psychiatric care, or emergency intervention.
Life coaching focuses on goals, performance, and forward momentum. Counselling and hypnotherapy address emotional, relational, and psychological concerns using established therapeutic frameworks. The appropriate modality will be discussed with you.
Therapeutic outcomes vary. We do not guarantee specific results, timelines, or diagnoses.
Professional registration (NCAHP)
Practitioners at Tattvam Thought Studio include allied and healthcare professionals governed under the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP), Government of India.
AHPR enrolment / registration reference: 99560001184782 (NCAHP, 2025).
Counselling psychology, clinical hypnotherapy, and life coaching credentials are held as stated on our website. Registration with NCAHP relates to recognised allied and healthcare professions under the NCAHP Act, 2021; it does not replace scope-of-practice limits or the disclaimers on this site.
Professional relationship
A professional client relationship begins when a session is booked, payment is confirmed (or waived in writing), and attendance is agreed—not merely by browsing the website or sending an enquiry.
We may decline or terminate services if we assess that your needs fall outside our scope, require in-person psychiatric care, pose safety risks we cannot manage online, or involve a conflict of interest.
Eligibility & capacity
You must be at least 18 years old to book independently and confirm you have legal capacity to enter this agreement.
Minors may receive services only with verifiable parental or guardian consent and appropriate adult participation.
You confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you will update us if your contact details change.
Telehealth & online sessions
Online sessions require a private location, stable internet, and a compatible device. You are responsible for your environment and connectivity.
Telehealth has limitations compared to in-person care, including reduced ability to observe non-verbal cues and manage acute crises remotely. You agree to notify us if online format is unsuitable for your situation.
Sessions are approximately 45–60 minutes unless otherwise agreed. Meeting links are sent via email/calendar invite—do not share links with unauthorised persons.
Booking, fees & payment
The standard session fee displayed on the website (currently Video ₹600 · Voice ₹450) is payable at booking unless a different fee is confirmed in writing. Fees are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise for international clients.
A session is confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay (or written confirmation in demo/offline arrangements). Pending bookings may be released if payment is not completed.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank charges, or currency conversion costs charged by your payment provider.
Receipts and payment confirmations are sent to the email address you provide.
